The story:

You have crushed into a planet with your spaceship, and you have to collect some parts from somewhere to repair it. Your species has a high technological level in cloning and dna modifying. If you could bring back some parts of the living thing of the planet your ship would be able to upgrade your clone. But after a stronger descendant, you are not needed. So you have to die. Your clone will be better than you anyway. And please, bring back the upgrades, or your child will be as bad as you.

The Idea and theme:

This game is made for made for Brackeys Game Jam 2023.1,  and the theme was An End Is A New Beginning. We wanted to represent this theme in the endless cloning procedure of cloning and upgrading yourself. Our main inspiration was the original Metroid and Super Metroid.

Our Team:

For most of us it was our firs ever game jam, and firs ever "finished" game.

Current Status:

As it is mostly our first game jam, we couldn't finish fully the game. This is a demo version, but we are really hyped to finish this game after the game jam. Some places are blocked, yeah, there are some bugs, the sound and music is sometimes missing.
